Kama'aina Tech Solutions Ryan Yanagihara Took money, never completed project Hilo HI
Hired to do design website and install computer security for my business. Came over once, said he would return to finish setups. Didn't show up when he said, didn't answer texts or email's. Kept blowing us off when we tried to get him to do what we paid for. Then asked for more money saying there was a problem with our system. We wound up going with a different tech company that got it done on time

Kama'aina Tech Solutions stopped offering web design and web hosting services back in 2018. We have not had any web design customers in the last 2 years, nor have we had any requests for this service. I am not aware of who this customer is. This claim appears to be fraudulent since it was submitted in late 2020. If the individual who filed the original complaint could contact us we are open to discussing the issue.
