Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

We bought a vehicle from them with the understanding that they would fix a "problem" for us if we decided to buy it. They replaced the part for us, but they attached the cost of the part and repair to the end of our payment arrangement. The car wouldn't start initially so they replaced the battery with one from a totally different car, and one that wasn't even the right size. At one point we got pulled over and the car got towed because of a problem with the car that would be their fault. So we called them up and told them about it. They agreed to meet us at the impound lot and pay the towe fee, since, they agreed, it was their fault. Again, attached the cost to the end of the payment arrangement. They illegally re-poed our car after they say we missed a payment. When confronted later, they claimed it was because we didn't pay the title and registration fees. What does that even mean? It was registered in my name and there's a plate in my name for that car so how did we not pay those fees. They never gave us the opportunity to retrieve our plate, and they disposed of it illegally. This matter isn't over by a long shot, and I have a long time before the statute is up.

Anybody with half a brain knows they make the most money on the deal as you make all the payments. You come here crying and whining that out of the clear blue sky, they decided to forego all that profit by picking on you to do a repo which was not warranted. You might be able to convince other sorry, serial deadbeats but not everybody is THAT stupid! Oh, speaking of stupid, you say the car wouldn't start before you bought it? How did you do a test drive or didn't you even do that? Thirdly, speaking of stupid, since YOU KNEW the car had pre-existing problems, why did you buy it? Fourthly, speaking of stupid, since you apparently bought this thing "AS IS", did you even READ what that means when you signed the disclosure? Why would you expect free warranty service when you didn't have a warranty? I'm impressed...I really am! (Now's the time to write back, "You must work for them"!
