The similarities between Juan Mazariegos and Jussie Smollett are remarkable. Both men perjure themselves, both men are narcissistic and both men ultimately hurt themselves more than they hurt others.
In the digital age there are no more secrets and it is a matter of public record how Juan Mazariegos has drawn our Village of Deerfield into way too many lawsuits and cost us residents hundreds of thousands of dollars with his illegal and unreasonable searches and seizures and wrongful tactics on innocent homeowners.
Who in the world hired this clown? Why does he still even have police powers at this point.? He is the epitome of a bad cop.
Police officers should be held to a higher standard and when they pull as many "Jussies" on the taxpayers as he has this is plain wrong and unjust. More people need to file formal complaints againt Juan Mazariegos until he is finally removed from the police profession altogether. We deserve better and we deserve honorable police only who truly serve and protect.
Juan diverts valuable resources and takes away attention from true crimes and criminals whith his false narratives he likes to push. Anyone who looks into his cases will see a very very low clearance rate because he trumps up false charges against innocent people to make himself look important. Juan Mazariegos denigrates the Village of Deerfield, himself and the public at large. Juist like Jussie, Juan has a zero sense of shame.
Juan Mazariegos should reimburse the taxpayers all the monies, legal fees and resources he wasted.
