J-Tech Digital, INC Selling used computers as new. Stafford TX
Purchased three Dell Inspiron 2400's for my medical practice off of Amazon, received one with a cracked screen in which i'm sure was previously returned. The reason I know is it was the only one of all three with dead batteries in both the keyboard and mouse, the other two had brand new batteries in the pack.
I contacted them to resolve the issue and I got slammed with an email calling me a liar and that they were reporting me to the FBI for cyber crimes, what the hell is wrong with these people? They will not take calls or respond to emails, their resolution was a 5% refund on a $1000 computer.
I read other reviews about these crooks and did not know that Amazon won't back buyers of third party sellers, don't buy from these clowns and be careful on Amazon!
