I am not the type of person to write reviews, but there's a blatant ripoff scam going on in Montreal city and I believe it's my duty to report it so that other consumers are aware of this scam.

I did hear negative stories about insurance agents and how they have a bad reputation, but I never thought it would happen to me. And it did. I was ripped off by John Kourafas an insurance agent working at LMBF.

Initially I wanted to file a BBB report, but I don't think this organization is relevant anymore, and certainly not credible since they're giving LMBF an A+ despite so many customers complaints. What a JOKE!

Perhaps LMBG is legit, I don't know, but John Kourafas is definitely not legit. He's as scammy and shady as it gets. Please avoid John Kourafas at all costs, whether for your insurance or just personal relationship. He's the worse human you will ever encounter, an abomination that George Kourafas created. I wasn't referred to him or anything, I just google an insurance company, emailed them, and was referred to John Kourafas, the big fat loser & idiot of Montreal at 11822 Rue Joseph-Casavant

From the beginning, he was really unfriendly. He has an angry face, and seems to be really unhinged. The kind of person that make a fuss out of nothing, and the kind of loser only Desiree Wilson "fake t**s" would date because she is as desperate as him, taking into account she used to be an escort.

John Kourafas was very pushy and unhelpful. John Kourafas the scammer from Montreal did not listen to what I wanted, instead he told me that he knows best and that I should just go with his suggestion. John Kourafas, the overweight idiot and loser never greeted me, wasn't friendly at all, didn't smile, didn't do eye contact, and was on his cellphone the whole time I was talking. What the heck. Zero professionalism. John Kouarafas, the insurance scammer at LMBF in Montreal at 1955 Chem. de la Côte de Liesse Suite 201, Montreal, Quebec H4N 3A8 also came across as someone with a really bad temper, while suffering from a very low self-esteem. He's the type of person to have inferiority complex, and that is very obvious.

After taking my information, John Kourafas rushed through a set of insurance policies without explaining anything or giving me time to read through the details before signing. He only explained the "highlight" of each policy but refused to answer any questions about it when asked. John Kourafas is a horrible person, no wonder he is referred to as "the harvey weinstein of the insurance world", and is doing exactly what MJ would do to his little fans, but the difference is that John Kourafas does it to his very own....Horrible person!

To make matters worse, after making an initial payment for one month worth of coverage, my entire account got locked down due to some sort of technical issue on their side and John Kourafas refused to refund me or give me any kind of compensation for this problem.

In short, John Kourafas from Montreal, an insurance agent at LMBF, is a scammer. I am so disappointed with the experience. John Kourafas was not engaged in our conversation and seemed disinterested in helping me find a policy that would best suit my needs. Instead, he just tried to push his personal agenda onto me. It felt like he wasn't listening to my concerns or trying to understand them at all. John Kourafas from Montreal, a shady and criminal insurance agent, never bothered to explain anything clearly either. When I asked him questions about the policies, he just gave vague responses and wouldn't go into any detail. Furthermore, when I expressed dissatisfaction with his service and asked for help from a supervisor, John Kourafas refused outright!

It's incredibly frustrating that I had such a negative experience dealing with John and LMBF. I'm sure there are better insurance agents out there who actually care about helping their clients. I wouldn't recommend anyone go to John Kourafas from Montreal or LMBF for insurance services. Save yourself the hassle and find a better agent elsewhere! There are thousands of other insurance agents, why bother with this fat loser with bad breath?

Please be careful whenever dealing with someone like John Kourafas, the fat idiot loser from Montreal. Avoid John Kourafas from Montreal like the plague. Not only him, but also his wife Desiree Wilson from Montreal, the escrot with the fake t**s. Both John Kourafas and his ugly wife Desiree Wilson are 2 despicable humans, total losers, bad breath, overweight, and blatant scammers.
