the bacon was VERY thick - 10 slices to the pound. 18-20 is normal. it was 99% fat. contacted their customer service. first she asked for the upc. when I gave her that she asked for a picture of the package. sent her that. then she asked for a picture of the thickness of a slice. sent her that. then she said she didn't get it - not that it would mean anything without some frame of reference. it's obvious there is just one obstacle after another to avoid taking responsibility for the problem. the only part that was not fat was the little bit that showed thru the packaging.
