Distinguished Agency: Jeff Kramer’s Marketing Agency Is Based In Nothing But Lies

Digital marketing is an industry that has been steadily on the rise for the past ten years. Technology advances quicker than most people are able to learn how to use it, and with the increase in technology comes new and improved ways for us to use it promotionally.

Social media, websites, as well as other business friendly platforms are booming due to the societal push for convenient technology. However, not everyone is able to “keep up with the times” hence why services with the intention of making the social media and digital marketing world more accessible are such a huge success.

Distinguished Agency is a digital marketing agency that has branded itself with the “intention of helping clients distinguish their brand from the rest.” Founded by Jeff Kramer, a South Floridian so-called philanthropist, Distinguished Agency had built a reputation as the go-to agency for companies and individuals looking to build their online presence. The problem is that they don’t deliver the big promises that they make.

Scams and Fraudulent Behavior

When you pay someone to complete a service for you, you expect them to do what you paid them for - or at least give you your money back. Kramer, CEO of Distinguished Agency, claims to leverage his skills and network to get his clients published in both local and international publications.

In his words, “This is essential for anyone looking to grow their business and build a foundation of trust.” While he has certainly painted a trusting online presence for himself, he should extend that image and make it reality.

It has been noted on multiple occasions that he has taken payment for these services and not delivered on his promised services. This behavior would be less concerning if he agreed to refund his clients payments, but it has been documented that he refuses to do that even after failing to do what he promised.

Ghosting Is Never Okay In Business

Taking people’s money is never okay, but to take their money and disappear is even worse. Following the loss of their funds, several of Kramer’s clients did what we would all do - ask for their money back or at least an explanation of what went wrong.

One client we were able to reach shared his frustration. “He does not communicate, declines to provide facts or proof of his work, and makes no effort to pay us back.” His lack of communication and commitment has cost his clients over $200,000. The only response any of his clients has received in connection to his scam is, “I’ll pay you back when I pay you back.”

Not the most convincing statement when you have a balance of $200,000 in your account for services you never provided. Throughout his time with his multiple services and platforms he promotes, Krammer has scammed people of over 300,000 dollars, and he has no intention of paying back his clients. In his words, “I’ll pay you back when I pay you back.” Not very convincing for a “world-wide public relations firm” CEO to say to his clients putting thousands of dollars into his services!

Be Careful Who You Trust

All of this is said to make a point. Be careful who you do business with. In a world where money is constantly exchanged through social media and the internet, it is extremely easy to be scammed. Ask friends, and find others that have worked with someone before sending them money.

There are good people and good businesses - just not Jeff Kramer and his company, Distinguished Agency.  If you are looking to use a digital marketing service to promote your business, steer clear of him and any other ventures he may be involved with.

Your money, your business, and your life shouldn’t be on hold due to the fact that some people and businesses aren’t what they say they are. Be aware. If you are approached by him or have visited his website or Instagram, save yourself the time, money, and a headache - don’t get scammed.
