James Hardy is a criminal with a law degree who tries to take advantage of honest hard-working people who are in their most vulnerable times. My (ex)wife and I are in a custody battle and I paid James Hardy a flat fee. He was present in the beginning, but as the process continues James Hardy slowly drifts away like trash in the ocean.
James Hardy will do minimal to nothing to help resolve any issues, as he wants your case to go to trial! So, a few weeks before the court date he can request a payment for thousands of more dollars to continue to represent you. What are you supposed to do the court date is around the corner? Sure James Hardy was there to answer a phone call or two, but he gave me statistics like you have a 25% chance of winning leaving my anxiety to question anything and everything.
James Hardy practices in an unethical way and will LIE to your face for money! Don’t let the massive reviews fill you with false hope. DO your homework people James Hardy has multiple grievances filed with the State of CT and James Hardy was arrested as well. Hmm go figure.
I just wish I did myself the favor and researched a bit more as I would have saved myself thousands. If you do decided to go with James Hardy of Hardy Law Group pay at your own risk and don’t expect much.
