We are developing a beverage brand, focused on the Latin market in the USA. We needed help developing a marketing campaign for Crowdfunding platforms. We came into the company IDEAZON on the web, they advertised a 100% satisfaction money back for their clients. We contacted them and hired their services at a $14,000.00 USD fixed fee (August 06, 2020) , in which we payed $7,000.00 USD up front to start working.
By week five we had not seen any progress at all, no updates, no calls nor emails by week 6. They were suppose to finish all the work by October 06, 2020 but they did not hand in any final draft, useful material nor had a clear explanation of the date they will deliver. We have asked for an answer but no clear response has been give in over 10 weeks. We have waisted time, money and hopes on our project thanks to IDEAZON.
They are not willing to keep their 100% satisfaction money back publicity. Co-Founder Matthew Green [email protected] and Robert Klein [email protected] are the once in charge of the business, We want full refund of our deposit.

I just started working with them a couple of months ago and also paid a lot more money than I can afford and did not get my questions answered - I have no idea if they are working on my marketing plan and only heard back that they can go on the exact info. that I gave them without answering any of my questions that I sent to them several times.
I thought they do a testing on the correct audience first...but, so far no marketing report on this at all and I have no idea what they are actually working on if anything?. I was hoping they were the real deal? I was getting worried because it was not feeling like they were working on my marketing at all and found this. Oh no...I hope I wasnn't scammed again!

I have an almost identical experience that started in September 2020. I'd like to work together and provide each other affadavits that we each can use in our litigation against Ideazon. I just posted my ripoff report as well. If you are interested, please reply with an email.
