Ideazon Matt Green Robert Klien Scam, did not follow through on the work in our contract and have continued to lie and push things away and have now ghosted me. Burbank CA
We are developing a new application and were hoping to raise money through crowdfunding on kick starter. We needed help developing a marketing campaign for Crowdfunding platforms. We came into the company IDEAZON on the web, they advertised a 100% satisfaction money back for their clients. We contacted them in October of 2020, and hired their services at a $11,500.00 USD fixed fee (Around November 11th, 2020) , in which we payed $11,500.00 USD up front to start working.
By week five minimal work had been done, and the updates that were promised were no given. No updates, no calls nor emails by week 6. They were supposed to finish all the work by Mid January, 2021 with a launch date schedule for late January, but they did not hand in any final draft, or useful materials until I reached out several times to get some information out of them. They set up some meetings with some outsourced creators, and then went silent again. Matt Green gave me a launch date in Mid february that was ignored and not preppared for at all.
I reached out a couple days before the launch date and they informed me that they would be pushing it back. After weeks of emailing to make some progress and 3 missed launch dates, the launch was finally ready but kick starter denied the project due to the type of application. Matt then told me we were going to move to another platform (indiegogo) and launch the campaign there. we launched and there was no progress made at all.
At the start, Matt and Robert told me they would send me weekly updates on the marketing analytics, and I received no analytics at all. They did not complete what was in our contract, and had created inaccurate advertisements for our campsign that did not resemble at all what our business was. The campaign failed, did not make any money, and when I asked to see the work that they should've done from our contract, they told me they would need more time. Now they have ghosted me, and have cut off communication after I asked for some sort of refund.
They have not provided any proof that they did what was in our contract. After researchign online, I have found several others who have experienced the same thing. Ideazon has taken people money under the disguise of "marketing agency" and then do not follow through or do any of the work mentioned. They have a 0 Satisfaction Guarentee on their website, but they are NOT willing to keep their 100% satisfaction money back publicity.
Co-Founder Matthew Green [email protected] and Robert Klein [email protected] are the guys in charge of the business, I want full refund of my money and for this company to be investigated for scamming numerous people out of money.
