Stay away from Ian Mackins attorney at all costs! This lawyer is nothing short of a disgraceful con artist and thief.
He supports the illegal conduct of biased arbitrators that steal money from litigants seeking that deny injured litigants of their rights and public of their interests that JAMS arbitrator Candace Cooper and her fraudulent business dealings and rukings.
Mackins withheld the disclosure statement he received on my matter that showed alarming 79 case discrepancy from her initial statement sent to my previous counsel which showed 1 closed case and filed a complaint without my consent and approval.
