Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Taco Bell has a "Refer A Friend" program where if you get referred to work there by a friend which already workes at the restaurant, and you stay working there for a number amount of days. Then you get a $75 bonus, along with your pay for those 2 weeks. I got referred to work there, then a couple months later i referred a friend to start working at Taco Bell. so my bonus should be $150. I reminded the General Manager of the hurricane tacobell that she needed to give me that bonus.

later on in september 2017 i quit for both personal reasons, and because i've gotten tired of listening to the general manager complain about how tired she is and how she thinks everybody supports her in leaving work 4-5 hours early then what she scheduled herself to work (not the only reasons why i quit) after a few weeks i went back to ask when that bonus should be coming in, and she would tell me that her boss is too busy and just give her a few days to contact him. Then after 2 months of that same routine, i filed a complaint online to human resorces about the situation. and that finaly got the general manager's boss to tell her to get that paper work done.

It took an other 1 and a half weeks to do that, what could have taken 30 minutes. 1 month later i still havent gotten the bonus i earned, so i went in to see what the deal was. and the general manager tells me that the request for the bonus has been denied. and she could'nt even pick up the phone to tell me that, i had to go in there to figure that out myself. If anyone is looking for work, i would'nt consider the hurrican tacobell as long as kristy is the general manager. kristy might sugar coat everything with a boe on top and say that everybody works so well with everyone, but in reality she only workes for herself, or has very, very little work ethic.

(Same former employee) one night I was on the line making food when this methhead comes through the drive thru, he gets mad and eventually breaks the front pane of an window. Safety protocol says to close the store for lockdown. But the "big boss" (GM's boss) demands to keep the store open, and regularly accept orders for the rest of the night. Another story about this same "big boss" one of TacoBells St.George stores had a poor plumbing system which backed up into the main lobby and into the kitchen. It flooded the entire store with sewage. And the "big boss" threatened to fire everyone on that shift if they closed down the store. I don't really know what a "big boss" is actually called, but I do know that he doesn't care about safety protocol. But only money to suffice to jerk ego
