I purchased furniture from Seaman's September 2002 using their deferred payment plan, which kicked in January 2004. In May 2004, however, I noticed an increase in my monthly bill and was told additional deferred payments (from an allege purchase made May 2002) commenced. I protested that no other purchases other than the original one was made. They reviewed my dispute then rejected it. I appealed again, requesting they provide proof of purchase and to explain the additional finance added to my account. They gave me the runaround and just said my dispute is not valid. When contacting their Customer Service all I get are morons who don't care about my situation. Trying one last time to get through their thick heads to provide proof of my allege purchase. Otherwise, my only recourse will be through Small Claims court.
