household retail services billing ripoff
household retail services will not send me a bill, i have corrected my mailing address with them four (4) times in less than six monthes. yet i have not recived a bill from them for the last six(6) months. also, i send them my payment in a regular envelope and forsome unknown reason it takes almost two(2) weeks for them to post it to my account. therefor most of my payment ends up being paid to late fees. i do not understand this, if someone can help please contact me.
