The crimes I listed in my ripoffreport are currently under investigation from multiple State and Federal Agencies. 

Joe Shuster and Honda of Downtown Los Angeles stole my life savings from me, nearly $18,000, to sell me a "Honda Certified Pre-Owned" Civic that had been wrecked on every side, every panel, in numerous MAJOR COLLISIONS, by his own Employee, Sailyn Cruz. Cruz destroyed the car on every side and turned in the lease early because he knew his last major collision was about to hit the Carfax report. Then Shuster pieced the car back together by chopping the frame up, and filling it with bondo and paint, and shuffled Cruz off to another related dealership, Culver City Honda.

The Sales Contract and sales documents requiring 'binding arbitration' were VOIDED by Shuster's Criminal Forgery of my signature on an entire series of sales documents and inspection documents required by Honda, as well as an entire pile of Criminally Falsified and fabricated documents that he and his attorney Gary Prudian produced during a forced arbitration that was a travesty--it never should have taken place, since the contract requiring it was VOIDED by multiple, criminal Felonies.

Shuster runs an identity-theft ring out of his numerous dealerships, and human-trafficks hundreds of people to work as his employees in various capacities around the country, who commit these high-dollar crimes out of his dealerships for him to pump up his sales, then he prints up business cards for them under completely different names and identities and shuffles them off to work at another dealership so his massive FRAUD is difficult to trace. I'm most certain they are also drug trafficking out of these dealerships as well.

Shuster and his partners are multi-millionaires who have made millions of dollars "flipping" these auto dealerships through cooked books and fraudulent sales crimes forced on thousands of people, to increase the appearance of his revenue in sales, then sells the dealerships, like he flipped this one in Downtown Los Angeles, for 80 million dollars. He races to pump up their supposed sales profits so they can sell the dealership to another poor sucker based on fraud and misrepresentation, just like he sells the vehicles. If Shuster followed the legal procedures required by State and Federal Law for these sales transactions, he probably couldn't sell a single car.

If he didn't break the law, he would be a pauper. Because he is a criminal. The man that he has "certifying" thousands of vehicles as "SAFE" for this dealership, Humberto Murillo, testified under Oath that he cannot read, write or speak English, and was never provided Honda's extensive certification manuals for their CPO Program in his language. He also stated he has no training or certification himself, via interpretor. This is the person who has the lives of THOUSANDS OF FAMILIES AND CHILDREN IN THESE CARS THAT WERE 'CERTIFIED' AS SAFE by this dealership.

These criminals are going to kill people in these cars, if they haven't already. And if you try to sue them just to get your money back from them because you found out the car you were told was never in any accidents was literally destroyed on every, single side, these criminals and their criminal attorneys will destroy your life with their criminal harassment, criminal stalking, criminally threatening my Mother because she was witness to the entire sale and could testify that I refused to sign a large number of their documents they later forged my name on and falsified, threatening to kill a helpless elderly woman if she testified, even hired thugs to rear end her in her car to terrorize her, attempt to slander, defame and attack your character, and more.

THESE PEOPLE ARE HARDCORE CRIMINALS AND NEED TO GO TO JAIL.  They are a SERIOUS THREAT TO THE SAFETY AND WELFARE OF THE PUBLIC AND CONSUMERS. Several of them were VISIBLY HIGH ON DRUGS at the dealership with cocaine dripping out of their noses while they raced around like maniacs, talking a mile a minute on speed. Then under Oath, their criminal employees will call you a liar along with Shuster, claiming that you wrecked the car yourself and they never did anything, when you're an innocent victim of this HORRENDOUS CRIME who had your life savings stolen from you and you've never even had a speeding ticket.

They refused to produce their employee CRUZ's Employment Documents, Driving Record, Criminal Record, proof of valid Driver's License and Insurance, and refused to produce the POLICE REPORTS for his numerous MASSIVE COLLISIONS in this car. They wouldn't even let me test drive the car I was there to look at, that was nearly half the price of the one that was forced on me, refusing to move nearly 80 other cars they had it blocked into the corner of a tiny lot, saying they "couldn't find the keys" for it, and that I should drive this damaged one that was showcased in the very front, the only car you were allowed to test drive, because "they all drive the same", according to their salesman Samir Radovic. The entire group of these criminals at this dealership including Shuster himself, were LAUGHING at me when I was asking questions about this car.

When I tried desperately to communicate with their "managers" for weeks after discovering all the massive undisclosed damages, just to try to get my money back, I was called "stupid", a liar, a "stupid woman", "ignorant", and more, by their criminal employees Esteben Aguayo, Heike Guillen, Jerry Arroyo and more. The man named "Gary Nice" who testified under Oath that he was the Finance Manager handling the sales documents during the sale wasn't even in the room--HE was in another office altogether, pretending to be the Insurance Salesman under a totally different name, trying to sell you more add-ons that you don't want or need.

The man who handled the sales documents "Nouaman" was of course "out of the country" and not available to testify. They put you through more than EIGHT HOURS of crap shuffling you from room to room while they try to sell you extra things you don't want when you're paying cash for a car that should have happened in a few hours, tops. They even criminally Falsified financing documents in my name, claiming I didn't even pay for the car. These are Felonies, punishable with up to 20 years in prison. I was then put through MONTHS of begging Antonio Gomez of American Honda, trying to return the car for my money. I had to file a six page written complaint because Gomez kept claiming he was "closing the complaint" over and over and over again, because he supposedly "couldn't get in touch with me", which was a lie.

Then GOMEZ also called me STUPID, a LIAR, and made sexist and racist comments to me on the phone as well. These criminals have delayed my lawsuit against them for over three and a half years now, while they play a shell game shirking off all responsibility for the MOUNTAIN of CRIMINAL ACTS involved in these fraudulent sales and business practices, abusing thousands of Consumers. I have reported these Crimes to the Federal Trade Commission, the FBI, the Attorney Generals of New York and California, the Department of Justice and the LAPD. The Public needs to know about this FRAUD and these crimes before people die in these cars, if they haven't already.
