she sold 96 bamboo steamer basket to me, she promised 10 % off for any item returned, when I receive some complaints and returns from customers which cost me over $100, I contact Mai Nguyen, she didn't want to refund any items, she lied Everything to me about her products., they are so fragile and thin, breakable.
Do not deal with this Vietnamese company from Hanoi Factory 1: Kim Son Ninh Binh Province, Factory 2: Cat Dang, Nam Dinh Province, Factory 3: Tay An, Thai Binh Province.
