Due to the non-acceptance of our request provided to Holidays Lounge's Advantage Service Conversion program for our Westgate Resort timeshare, we sent a notice of cancellation to Holidays Lounge on 2/21/18. The paperwork we received included confirmation from Holidays Lounge representatives that we were approved, but we received a verbal denial on February 21, 2018 (The representative called from 702-254-3100 at 3:47 pm PT.). We were advised by the Advantage Service Conversion program representative that they could list our week to see if anyone purchases that week and we may be able to receive $400. However, this was not a guarantee that it would be purchased or for the $400 amount quoted.

Why would we incur over $18,000 for Holidays Lounge's membership, their annual membership fees and continue to pay $1,034 to Westgate in maintenance fees? The reason we agreed to join the Holidays Lounge as members was due to the representatives advising we were approved and we would receive full reimbursement of our maintenance fees (even if the fees increased), minus a $50 processing fee.

We were looking forward to being long time members of your membership program. However, based on what was outlined in our agreement and based on the information we provided above, the agreement is not what we agreed upon.

We have asked that Holidays Lounge refund all monies received on our behalf fromt the credit grantors, totalling over $18,000.

Also, during the initial presentation process, we were told we could not be on our cell phones. Once I had the chance to look up customer reviews about Holidays Lounge, I saw why all of their tactis were used. 

My family and I had no problem with the cost of the program, as long as promises were kept. I feel like the agreement is null and void at this point when all parties don't uphold their side of the agreements. We are willing to go to GREAT lengths to have this situation resolved. 

Promises made but not kept!

Never again will we attend a presentation.

Two Holidays Lounge representatives contacte me on Saturday, 2/26/2018, about our request to cancel membership. They agreed to contact their director about our concerns as they had never heard of the process we documented in our cancellation notice.

We are waiting to hear back from Holidays Lounge, at which time we want to have them proceed with canceling our membership and provide a refund of the monies they received from the credit grantors.  If all parties are unable to reach an agreement, I will contact ripoffreport.com to move forward.
