  • Fair Lawn NJ,

HPS is a complete sham and waste of time, money and effort.

~HIGH PERFORMANCE SYSTEM CORP~

Is dedicated to HIRES SUBCONTRACTOR Only to do the HEAVIEST & MOST DIFFICULTS

Projects for Them,

They will also promise to pay Subcontractors

$1 dollar per Square Foot

And after you get the job done for HPS

ALL they will pay is $0.25 Cents per Square foot,

After all HPS won’t answer CALLS, TEXT or even EMAIL and KEEP the 75% out the contract to their pockets,

  • HPS AGREEMENT is all about to cover their a**es and F**k up the Subcontractors,
  • Also both supervisors Thomas Pryor and Tim will always avoid to have a conversation about the JOB With subcontractors just to HIDE their owns little secrets about the CONTRACT FRAUD ordered by MR JEFFREY B, SMEDLEY
  • In the reality getting paid from HPS is MORE difficult than doing the hardest work ever for HPS,

HPS also fails by not doing it’s first payment on time,

The day of the interview MR Jeffrey promise me to pays me 33% when the job started, 33% when 1/2 way done and 34% when the job is completed,

All I get was 33% for the whole job after getting it done,

And on top of that project manager TIM stolen almost all of my working TOOLS probably to trade them for cigarettes due to his narcotics addictions,

*This one is a COSTUMER COMPLAIN >>>>>>>>

ON YELP, I had an awful experience with Jeff and this company. Very

unprofessional in how they conduct themselves and failed

to deliver on their promises. He will tell you anything you

want to hear just to get a sale. He sold one product and

installed an inferior one- and blamed everyone else when

he got caught. Very shady guy, regret ever talking to him.

Should stick to companies with good reputations and not

gamble with a small time outfit like this one.<<<<<<<*

HIGH PERFORMANCE SYSTEMS CORPORATION - Epoxy Floors NJ High Performance Systems 436 Lincoln Blvd  Middlesex, NJ 08846 Family Owned and Operated Since 1988 www.highperformancesystems.com [email protected] 800-928-7220 - Office 908-377-4111  - Cell US-DOT 3239430 •PRESIDENT- Jeffrey Brown Smedley• (908)377-4111 [email protected] 107 Cramer Avenue, Green Brook Township, New Jersey 08812 22 Hillcrest Blvd, Warren, NJ 07059 * Vice President - Stephen Smedley * * Supervisor - Thomas Pryor• (908)967-1187 (908)208-3783 * * Project manager / Subcontractor - (Argetim Ala) 201)509-7219 * 14 Stonehill Dr unit 2, Vernon Township, NJ 07462 This company is dedicated to do industrial and commercial EPOXY PAINTING ON FLOORS surface. Company allows their truck to carriage over 1 TON of EPOXY paint without (PLACARDS). Also their driver don’t carry a CDL with HAZMAT ENDORSEMENT. Also I heard this company been doing this for over 30 years in the Tri state area all the way to Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont & Maine ETC. At all non safety precautions are applied to any Job they Performed including Drug and Alcohol Random Testing to their Employees or OSHA safety training, I know for a fact if someone look forward to make an inspection to this business I’m pretty sure there will be many more incomplete tasks to find. Also employees are complaining for not getting paid for their over time due to daily long hours of work which is not safe for whoever is operating their Truck especially carrying HAZMAT without safety Placards,. >>> Signing a contract for HPS Is Similar than Signing your own death penalty, HPS Will make sure to Leave Subcontractors for DEAD after getting their Job Done. The Day of the interview MR, Smedley said after doing the first job he will have many more jobs available to do and we will be making TONS of money! Simple strategy contractors always use to try to Brainwash the Subcontractors and get the best quality results on their jobs for •FREE• Now they are saying on the job we has done for HPS They had to find another contractor to get the job done reason why they Didn’t pay us And then said that we had been paid in full supposedly according to their accounting. It’s very easy to point fingers and reply on their reviews Saying we been harassing and slandering them, When they truly knows what they did. Last time I spoke with HPS Owner I had to call him restricted *67 only way I was able to get in touch And the gentleman was pretending he didn’t knew who I was. Then asked me for my cellphone number to call me back when he get a chance and never called back, HPS had made All theirs success in business destroying others small companies Business Owners and getting away with contractors salaries,. Even the Warehouse’s owner said it was easier to add 3 to 4 inches of concrete on TOP of the floor Surface instead of patching all cracks and holes plus cutting & Sinking about 500 ANCHORS all sizes and leveling the Rails even to the floor before start grinding it. Warehouse was ( 40,000 SQUARE FEETS ), Due to that a 1 week job almost last 3 weeks to get it done. reason why other SUBS refused to do that Project for HPS, •HPS is now also deleting their negative reviews on GOOGLE making it invisible to the public and visible to the creator• Also Vice President Stephen Smedley commented on Bizapedia.com we Came to complete a contract understaffed and unprepared, just 1 more of their Excuses to try to cover the Sun with a finger. Nobody is willing to leave a negative review on a business without a reason So if it happens it’s because of too many Facts,.
