do yoursaelf a big favor & do NOT buy any computer from HP, Hewlitt Packard. They are trash.
I bought 1 and had trouble from 1st day. After dozens of calls, I finally got through to a real person, only to get hung up on!
After lots of headaches & time, they finally agreed to take back CP (which was still underwarranty)! Before they took it back, I had to ship it to their reoair center TWO times! Then, they sent a person to put a new hard drive in, and it still didNOT work!
After lots of haggling, arguing, beoing hung up on, transferred to the "wrong department" They took back the brand new broken computer. However, I paid &500.00 for it and they only gave me back $450.00 (the agent supervisor said, take it or leave it, so I had no choice. Also, they refused to give me back my money, they would only givew me "gift cards", which had to be used at the HP store only!!
I then thought if I upgraded the CP, maybe it would actually work. Big mistake, I spent almost $900 for the upgraded CP & guess what, it was just as bad as the old one. When I upgraded the CP, the agent conveniently "forgot" to apply all the "gift cards) and they refused to return my money!
It did not work properly!
After several dozen calls, I gave up & I am stuck with a trash CP for $900 plus dollars!!
There are lots of CP makers, please avoid the headaches & rip off of buying an HP product!
