Helzberg Diamonds/HSBC Retail Services expired the interest free promotion 2 months sooner Wilmington, Delaware
we went to Menards and used our Big Card on some 6 month same-as-cash purchases. Our October billing statement said our remaining balance on this portion expires in January. In Our November statement it says the promotion has expired, therefore this balance was immediately added to December bill- due immediately, and leaving us with a finance charge on top of it. It is as if they did this on purpose.
