The $3k freezer did not work out of the box. Contacted tech support. They schedule a phone call with you. They walk you through troubleshooting your problem. They then offer to send you replacement parts. They do not even express ship parts to you. Are you an applicance technician?
Do you look forward to cracking-open the case of brand new product and trying your hand at servicing it? What a racket they have! Their warranty is a joke. YOU are the warranty. YOU are the service technician. Good luck.
