We ordered a couch and a reclining chair from them in September for our family room. They delivered the furniture within a few days and it was the wrong furniture. We went back into that store immediately and were lured into purchasing a more expensive set. We were asked to pay for it in full, including delivery and scotch guard. We were promised that they would deliver the correct, more expensive furniture within ten days and pick up the wrong one simultaneously. This was over two months ago. Since we gave away our old furniture to make room for the new one, we informed them that if they left the wrong furniture here it might get dirty. It was in our family room and we are using it and we have kids. They assured us, Chad and his clan, that it was o.k. since it was their fault. Besides it was scotchguarded and it can be "easily" cleaned by them. Finally after more than two months, they came today to deliver the correct furniture and pick up the wrong one that was left in our house to use for over two months. They saw a spot on my husband's recliner. They refused to pick up the wrong furniture and drop off the new one that was in their truck. They left. After calling their office in Orland park and speaking with their managers, Chad, Mark, Khalid, etc., etc., etc., they informed us that it was our fault we did not keep the furniture "clean. They will not pick it up and will not drop off the new, more expensive, sofa and recliner that we paid for in full. We now have the wrong furniture, the cheap furniture, and they have our money and the correct set we ordered. I looked over the reviews on The Insiders, City search, Yelp, etc., my gosh, how can this company stay in business for this long cheating people. Where is the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau to protect the poor, naive, dumb consumer. We're not the only ones that have encountered a very similar situation with this conglamorate. No one seems to stop them and they continue to grow with our money and their dishonesty. Enough!
