Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Took my car to their body shop for repairs and they did a botch job on my car. The day I picked the car up, the battery was weak ( And now has to be jumped before every drive), the paint has horrible orange peel, I have multiple warning lights, the fender is not lined properly, they let my battery die, and worst of all they installed a tinted window on my car that is below the legal minimum. How do you put a tinted window on a car without tinted windows? I called them the next morning and they have given me the run around about fixing my car. I have made several calls and even showed up to the dealer and nothing gets done. And they are refusing to replace my battery. I am not paying for their mistake.

Update: In order to get them to stop giving me the run around about my car I had to file a complaint with the dealer board. They contacting me prior to responding to the dealer board complaint in order to try and do damage control but that did not work. I also disputed my deductible with the bank and they decided to do more damage control and failed again. They only fixed the paint and didn't fix the other things that were wrong with my car. And as you can see they have not responded to this review or the other reviews I left. I filed a complaint with the VA Attorney General and they never responded and they never responded to the complaint I filed with Toyota Corporate. They did respond to the BBB complaint on 10/21/2022 but I filed all of these complaints on September 2nd. So you respond the BBB because your grade can be reduced and you respond to the bank because you were hit for money this along with the lies you told the BBB, Bank of America, and the dealer board speak volumes as to what type of business you are. It is really sad you are able to business as you are a stain on Toyota's image. Oh and the spelling and grammatical errors your manager made are almost as disturbing as his lies.

Y0ou Can Forget the BBB and All Their BS!

The BBB is DEFINITELY NOT what you may think they are. The BBB is NOT part of ANY government body. The BBB is NOT part of ANY law enforcement body! The BBB is NOT the business police. The BBB and all their deceptive BS cannot enforce ANY business laws nor can the force any business to do anything. The BBB and all their BS has absolutely ZERO POWER to force, order or threaten any business to do anything. The ONLY purpose of the BBB and their BS is to SELL their PHONEY RATINGS and their PHONEY ACCREDITATIONS to ANY business which wants to PAY THE PRICE for them. If this dealership has not already PAID for their PHONEY RATING, they will use the information you gave them as a sales lead and badger them to BUY their PHONEY RATING. Bottom line here is while you have definitely had problems with this dealership, the BBB-BS is NOT your friend, they could care less about you and their ONLY concern is if they can SELL THEM an "A+" rating, if they haven't already PURCHASED IT.
