Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Possible advertising scam. Asked for, (but did not demand) a large sum of money for a membership (with there organization), (although indirectly) in order to place a free advertisement (paid for by government agencies and large companies /donors). Although they helped larger businesses, they discriminated against us the smallest ones!  This organization then attempted to disparage or defame our small business online.  (which comes up in searches). What A Ripoff! Help the small , struggling, guys! spread peace and love instead of trouble! PS, we help the poorest of the poor everyday in New York!

After careful consideration it has become clear that the comments made in the original report would lead a consumer to believe certain things that may not be true. As it says in the original report, this organization did not demand money so as to place a free advertisement that was paid for by others to help out small businesses during the recent health crisis. This organization or "Shopyourcity" , attempted to place a free ad for us but due to the time limits and other concerns the ad for us could not be placed by them. They were however able to place ads during this time for other larger businesses. It may not be true that this organization controls what ads are placed and when in the "ShopyourCity newspaper. The Harlem Chamber of Commerce will enlist a business with their organization for a fee and place an advertising ad for that business on their website. At no time did anyone from this organization try to ask us for money to place a free ad, and no inference should be made otherwise but what is written in the original report. If the original report does infer certain things that may not be true regarding this organization then the original report should be either changed or deleted at our request. If this is the case then this will be seen too. If this organization could have been more helpful to the smallest of businesses then they should have. If this company tred to blacklist a company without good reason then they may be able to fix that and they should. If it is a simple misunderstanding then it could and should be worked out. No other inference should be made other than these facts
