I signed up for the Greater Learning course which involved mentoring along with online course. They put me in the wrong course which was a cloud IT based course and I wanted a software development course affiliated with the University of Texas McCombs.
The course was activated on 10-9-2022 at 8:45AM. I have a screen capture of the chat. The first request for the wrong course and to cancel that for the other one on 10-11-2022 at 2:47PM. Whenever I would try to message them there was a long delay of many days. There was nobody contacting us.
During the delays I would get this for a whole month:
"Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm working on your request and will get back to you shortly"
The tech also tells me weeks later:
"I tried reaching out to you. Please contact me on whatspp to discuss this case further"
So today, 11-06-2022 the support tech Mr. Jain reaches back finally after a month and states:
"... We can certainly cancel the program. However, As per the refund policies we can not offer any refund."
That makes no sense if that was the case why did he continue chatting and explain that after the two days?
He keeps saying that they are trying to contact me but I am looking at my phone and email and i have no messages, or anything. I dont even have SpamAssassin enabled on my server and can verify that.
