I went to try OmegaXL for the very first time Jan 11 2021.   They charged my credit card for $44.90 for my first two bottles but then signed me up for a ongoing automatic shipment.   I called back immediatley to cancel my auto-ship subscription but they only would delay it not cancel it.  

I therefore suggested that the entire process to try their product was too complicated for a simple supplement and requested my entire account be cancelled and a credit refund issued .  The agent said he would put my account on hold.  Then told me after doing that my account was cancelled.   No credit was immediately issued, so I called my credit card company and decided we would wait 20-48 hours for the transaction to be credited.

 If not then I would call the credit card company back on Friday Jan 15 and again challenge the charges.   If my credit card allows for it I will also try to BLOCK Great Healthworks from any more charges.   Their high pressue and complex sales processes makes it difficult for anone to get "out" of their program once you get into it.  Beware of this company.
