Grabit Zone Did not send complete order. Datchet Datchet
Ordered an item-took almost a month to arrive-order not complete-missing a part that I need to use the item. Sent 3 e-mails-no response. Tried calling-their phone number not working. Have done some research. Their website shows they are in Datchet, CA 95492. There is no Datchet, CA-Datchet is in England. When order is placed it goes to England and then goes to China. I have reported also to BBB. They shipped item in a small food storage bag - no box, no wrapping, etc. BBB gives them a D+ rating. They also have complaints filed on Scam Pulse - same basic issues as mine. Same issues as myself-no response, phone doesn't work. One customer stated they do this to get your credit card and use it for fradulent purposes.
