I was called non-stop by the lady who represented this company mailer program for home and auto leads. She called me at least 10 times before I decided to give it a try. Upon signing up, I was sent a file with a name of people and addresses that would be sent out right away. The design work had not been completed, and already a mailer list was ready to go. First red flag.

After trying it for three months at $300 per month. I sent an email requesting to cancel, and that is when the nightmare started. Gabby, who claims to be the Manager for customer service, is bad. She insisted that my email request to cancel would not be acceptable and that I had to call in to cancel. The first email was sent on 10/15, and the cancellation policy was stated by the 20th of the month.

I expected one charge after the cancellation, but I was charged twice. Upon calling in on 11/ 22 when I got another file of names and addresses. I called in again. I asked why am I still receiving information from your company. Gabby went on to say your account was still active. That is when I lost it. So after talking to her again about the cancellation. Somehow they had to send another email to me to cancel my account.

This is a horrible business, and the people working for this company should be ashamed. I am filing this dispute and leave a review on every site I can so that no one goes through this process. RUN, don't walk away from this company. Las Vegas, NV 89139 S. Rainbow Blvd. Las Vegas, NV 89139
