GM My 2009 Torrent has the exact same problems as the 2007 and repairs were issued but GM will not pay for the repairs of my 2009!!!! Nationwide
My 09 Torrent has faulty air bags, and stabilitrak malfunction these were the same issues that caused the 2007 Torrent to be returned for dealer repairs. The company refuses to repair the same defect on the 2009...
GM has no regard for hard earned money of the working person!!!

And YOU are a scammer!! YOUR vehicle requires a repair and YOU are trying to tie it in with a older model that had a SIMILAR issue. YOU have NO REGUARD for HONESTY OR INTEGRITY!!! YOU are a scammer trying to get DEEP POCKETS to repair YOUR problem. LIFE doesn't work that way!!! Im sorry but once a sleezeball ALWAYS a sleezeball. YOUR vehicle is 6 years old. Meaning that it has had SIX YEARS for problems to pop up. Meaning that YOU have a repair and YOU try and turn it around so SOMEONE ELSE is made to pay for YOUR PROBLEM!!! Thankfully what YOU are doing IS a crime. And once the auto company realizes that YOU are trying to scam THEM, THEY have the right to contact the police and have YOU arrested FOR FRAUD!!!!!! Let me guess, YOU purchased a USED VEHICLE. Once it was found that these two issues were the repair. YOU get online and see that a older model had a similar issue and the auto company paid for those repairs. YOU in a flash of stupidity think to yourself "Hey I can FORCE them to fix it for free!". But unfortunately THAT is where REALITY steps in. Get over yourself princess!!! THEY are under ZERO obligation to repair YOUR problem.
