Ginny Lace Wigs The Worst Wig I ever. Complete Scam Internet

I purchased a wig from ginnylacewigs.com after months of searching, reading and watching youtube reviews and decided to go with them. I purchased a 24inch Indian Remy (1b natural curly high quality full lace wig) from them on 6/10/15. For a total of $317. I took it out the huge ziplock bag it was in and examined it. I felt like good hair but it was not. Of course I co-washed it and did the burn test on a strand of hair to make sure it was a legitimate purchase. This hair was not and is not 100% human at all. This is a mixture between synthetic and human hair. I was so mad, I contacted them right away and left a review onnthe website under the wig I bought as well.
Over a month went by and on 7/16/15 and I finally got a response from someone after I filed a dispute with paypal. There was no specific name it just says ginnylacewigs.com. I sent pictures of the wig that I did not wear at all and I let them know how disappointed I was and I would like a refund. And the rep emailed me and said "Hello Tiffani: I see the picture. we have quality control we send the wig you want. the picture showed it's bad hair care. we can repair if you can send back." This made me even more upset. How can you tell someone who's been wearing wigs and purchasing them for cancer patients for over 8 years that it was bad hair care?
So me and the rep is going back and forth about my refund and he/she tells me it's been past 7 days from the day of purchase and I am not able to get a refund . I contacted them the day I got my wig. It's not my fault they didn't return my emails. So I'm telling them they sent me a synthetic wig The rep tells me "Hello Tiffani: we never do synthetic wig. we did lace wigs over 30 years just Indian hair and high quality virgin remy hair. it's bad hair care make like that. we want to refresh like new for you. have a nice weekend" You never do synthetic wigs but your site clearly says " We write "synthetic hair sample" on every package we ship to LET YOU AVOID TAXES, Please Do not ask if ours wigs are human hair or synthetic, if you find even one strand synthetic hair in ours wigs, we suppliy $1000 compensation !"
(Complete BS) Because I recieved a synthetic wig. So after I told them I gonna do a youtube review they kept emailing asking me to send the wig back so they could repair it. And after I did a thorough investigation on them. I wasn't sending them anything. So I commented onbthe youtube review that watched and decided to buy the in the first about the wig. And of course my comment was deleted and the review I writed on ginnylacewigs.com was never posted. These people are a scam. They send the real nice wigs to beauty gurus and I believe the reviews on the are 100% fake because it's all 5 stars. After I saved my hard earned cash for this wig. I just took as loss. I'll stick to ebay. Buyer beware.
