Direct General Rip off insurance company. I contacted this company when a person hit me that had their insurance. It took forever for an adjustor to appraise damage. After the adjuster came out, I contacted the Florida office and was told they did not have time or enough help and if I wanted my auto repair I could go through my insurance company.
