On December 23, 2012 I ordered a frog lamp advertised on the Internet but - curiously - not found on the company website. Received an email confirming the item and an order number. Three weeks later no goods. I left 2 telephone messages and 2 email messages, neither of which was answered. Found that my credit card had not been billed. A Better Business Bureau search showed that there have been numerous complaints against this company and their telephone number is not in servic. At the least they are irresponsible; at worst, they may be fraudulent and should be shut down.
