This company is not recommended they give you a quote then charge for services not performed this isn't the first time. Stay away from this company they will try to lure you in with they are better than their competitors but that's how they suck you in with their lies. They call themselves fresh and friendly but they are anything but. Use another cleaning service if you want honest service and customer satisfaction.

So the cleaning person who actually does the cleaning actually owns the business but she was late showing up for one and two she has a very nasty attitude I told her the work I needed done and she insisted I’d pay more even though the price she gave wasn’t the price she tried to charge me, don’t use their service find another company willing to do the job right and on time.

They call themselves Fresh & Friendly cleaning company business but they are anything but, first the girl shows up late after we agreed on a set time, then tries to overcharge me for changing bed sheets I never agreed to. She began to scream at my poor mother who is elderly I told her to get her things and leave I’ll pay for work that was already done but never again will I use their services. If you want Friendly cleaning call another company that doesn’t try to scam you. Check out their Facebook page scam alert.
