this company that has multiple websites that charge for a change of address for $29.95 to $49.95, owned by the same company/owner are a scam!!! not becuase they overcharge for a service that the us postal service only charge between $0.00 in person to $1.05 online for change of address, but because 5 weeks later we are still getting mail at our old address!. .. i called our local post office only to find out a change of address form was NEVER submitted by these scam artists!!! i called today to get my money back (my $39.95)... the company was able to pull up my acct and my credit card last 4 digits.... cust service rep said he is transferring me to a supervisor. the 'supervisot' said she has no access to my credit card information and could not refund me. then i asked why was i transferred to you??? she said "you will have to call back later, i dont have any of your information...", I said "youre in luck, because i have all the information and can give it to you". she says "i dont have access to give a refund"... then i asked "WHY THE HELL DID THE 1ST REP TRANSFER ME TO YOU ANYWAY??? I THOUGHT YOU WERE THE SUPERVISOR"...She said call back later and HUNG UP on ME!....

the postal inspector and the atty general should shut these websites down for good. i will now dispute the charge from my credit card since the merchant did not provide a resolution and filing a report here:

this is a very serious issue when dealing with people's mail. the US postal inspector take things like tamering with people's mail, charging for address chage services and not filing required forms to the post office a VERY SERIOUS ISSUE AND THE POSTAL INSPECTOR ACTAULLY HAS MORE AUTHORITY THAN THE LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENT AND SHERRIF'S DEPT, FYI!

special note to all who have been scammed by these online companies- file a complaint today and get them SHUT DOWN.
