Ford Motor Company Barkhouser Ford , Danville Va because i'm a woman they think i'm stupid and they can sell me a car this is a piece of trash, that was used as a gopher car before i purchased it, and now they are trying to sue me 11 years later for 5 times more than the car was ever worth Danville Virginia
In 2004 I was persuaded into buying a vehicle by a pushy salesman that would'nt take no for an answer. He deliberatly tood a bad situation and made it worse. First off the car was used as a gopher for the company errands and allready had milage on it when I Got it. I was chrged the origional price of the vehicle and when I asked why the Origional amount was being charged , I was told thats just what they have to put on there. So I leave and the first 3 months I have it, I have to have it towed back to the dealer 3 times due to a faulty rear tire. I came off the hum 2 seperate times for no apparent reason. The third time it left me and my three children ages, 4, 5, and 7 on the side of a buzy highway. (not a happy mom).
So when I made it back home safe with my kids I called them and told them to come and get the car I wasnt paying for a peice of junk. They came to pick it up, I gave them the keys and was told it would go down as voluntary return, due to the issues.
2 months later I received a warrent indebt that stated i was being sued for a repossesion from Ford Motor Co. and they would take the car to auction and I would be responsible for the balance. Firts off I never received any documentation as to how much the car was sold for , therefor i hve no idea what I actually owe. They said I owed $12624.63. I was able to make payment arrangments, and soon after my husband passed away, I had 3 children to care for working a parttime job, So I couldnt afford to pay it. So they continued every year from 2005 to what now is 2015, and I just receive another warrent in the amount of $24939.34 , because they are suing for interest garnishment costs and lawyer fees.
CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME HOW THIS IS LEGAL?????
