FOGSALE I requested a refund the very next day after I received a camera that didn't work they never respond to their own return policy practices. They Ghosted Me. Shenzhen Buji

I ordered a mini camera from Fogsale, it DID NOT work with the App that they told me to download, also the On Light never came on after it was fully charged. Futher more before ordering, Fogsale never in any advertisment on Instagram or their Website indicated that their company is located in China, which is decepted in itself, because of the extremlly long shipping process and the origin of COVID 19, meaning they should have giving me the choice to get a package from their Country, which I would have never did for saftey reasons. I read their return policy and followed it to the letter, they never responded and Ghosted all my communication.
