First USA Bank Over limit Fee Rip Off Wilmington Delaware
I was near my credit limit, but not over-the-limit. First USA added fees to my card that put me over-the-limit and then charged me with an additional $29.00 over-the-limit fee. I phoned them thinking that this might be an error.
They told me it was standard policy and they would not rescind the fees. They stated that their recommended policy is to keep a balance at least $500 under the limit, so it was my fault for not following thier policy.
