What First Premeir Bank does is create a big hassle for a person who returns an item to a merchant for credit to their First Premier Credit Card. Also if you ever dispute a charge on your card for whatever reason they leave it on your credit report forever for future lenders to see. Basically, what First Premier Bank is good at is collecting your payments and charging late fees, interest and monthly maintenance fees. When they receive any kind of credit to you charge card, they keep all that money in their own account until they are good and ready to give it back to you. When you call customer service, they say you need to talk to a different department which is either closed or unavailable.
