Fraud Alert!!! DO NOT accept an invitation from First Premier Bank for a Master Card! If you do you will find fraudulent charges on your account and the bank will lie and fight you. A creep named Julie K. Gilson, a directing officer of this predatory bank swears that I purchased $74.97 at HAN DEE HUGO's in North Carolina and handed my card to them on April 23, 2013 a state I have never been too. Julie K. Gilson is a liar. My insurance company is fighting the bank and if that doesn't work I am getting an attorney. I had to fight earlier this year $140 charges from India charged to Premier Card. There seems to fraud being perpetrated by bank employees giving your credit card number to scammers

Send any correspondence you have with First Premier Bankcard by certified mail otherwise they will purposely lose it and claim you never sent it. These people are crooks who give your bankcard number to scammers. The FBI needs to look into this scam being perpetrated by First Premier Bankcard.

I don't really see this as the bank's problem or their fault.  According to them, they have a signed authorization to withdraw money from your account.  If they do, and you didn't authorize it, someone may have stolen your identity and they're using it to basically take what they want.  I would contact the bank immediately, have them close and shut down the account, and have you open up a new account - for starters.  Cancel all ACH and wire transactions.  Then I would absolutely figure out who is frauduently using your account because they and will likely do it again.

Oh, and don't ever complete ANY of those credit card applications in the mail.  If you want a credit card, go to your bank and get your card from them.  If an outside organization sends you a form so you can get one of their credit card - ask yourself why would they when your bank is going to be a far better customer to you, not to mention the chance for fraud is FAR less.

Best of luck to you....
