i applied for a mastercard from First Premier Bank and was approved for $300. i was told i needed to (through my bank debit card)  prepay $95 in order to receive the okay to use this card.  i had applied approximately 2/25/13 and was okayed so on 3/11/13 i allowed my bank to pay this company the money in order to be able to use my card in June while we attended my grandson's wedding in another state.  my bank gave Premier Bank the $95 0n that day and i have the bank statement and all needed and notarized to prove i paid this. i received a letter AND a call today saying they had not yet received the $95!

this is 5/3/13!!!!!! they told me if they did not receive the money before 5/23/13 my credit card would no longer be useable!  what?   i told them i had proof i had paid and when. they told me to photocopy it and fax to 1-605-367-3438 along with my unusable card attached.  i immediately did this and guess what?  the fax number had "recently" been disconnected!  now i am out $95 and cannot use the remaining money on that issued Master Card......what do i do next?

Hi I also received this firsts premier bank card saying I was pre-approved. Yeah right, I should get them for falsifying that hahaha jk but yeah I've applied at many credit card but with a score of 520 can't find anything without needing an initial deposit, so coming across this seeing red flags makes me wonder but it's from capital one unless they fake those too!
