first premier bank absolutely positively the WORST credit card available for poor credit. sioux falls South Dakota
i once had two first premier bank crredit cards and have cancelled one of them thank god. i will cancel the last one soon. 36 percent and higher interest rates....low low low availble credit...just 400 dollars...$8.25 monthly....i mean the fees just dont stop.....never, never ever get this card.....please do not get this card....times may be tough but trust me they ain't this tough!!!!

Hi, Doug. First PREMIER Bank specializes in offering credit cards to people with damaged or no credit. The annual percentage rate and fees associated with carrying this type of credit card are priced based on risk and are disclosed at the time of application.
Credit limits are usually kept low with this type of product so that individuals are not put in a position to further hinder their financial progress.

The interest rate and fees are all disclosed to you BEFORE you sign up for the card. Did you even bother to read what you were signing???
