As stated in an previous ripoff report complaint by Patrick from Boynton Beach Florida, she/he strings you along making countless broken promises. As of now its been over 60 days since I paid for a credit services that she/he promised would be done within 30-45 days. I am a very patient person, but she doesnt even repsond back to emails. I have emailed her/him numerous times and nicely asked what is going, with no repsonse from her/him. She doesnt want to take phone calls so i have emailed her/him constantly with no response. When I first inquired about her/his credit services she/he (before she/he got her/his money from me) she/he responded to my emails promptly.
After that all of her/his responses to my questions got slower and slower. Now she/he doesnt respond back to my emails at all. I am warning anybody who read this stay away. This company is not legit. I should have known, any company you cant really speak to over the phone is definitley very shady, but I still took a chance and got burned. I have asked for a refund numerous times, but she/he has not responded at all to my emails. I guess I am pass the string along stage and im at the you got scamed stage and get over it, but at least I can write this complaint and it can help somebody in the future from going through the same turmiol I've went through.
