Complaint Review: Financial Freedom Made Simple - Internet

 I bought 2 tradelines from Jeanie Kerns on Thanksgiving day for 450. One was a installment loan and the other was a auto loan. She told me that the statement date was on the 3 of December and it would be posting to the bureaus 7 days after.

7, 14, 21, 50 days past and she had a excuse why it didn't post. After I ask for a refund she said that she would refund me but never did. Had a excuse every time about the refund. I sent the money Walmart to Walmart to a associate's name Alexis Sotolongo who she said was her daughter.

I have a government friend who looking into her a*s by tracking the Walmart to Walmart transaction, calling all the banks that she post on her site for tradlines, FBI, Georgia Us Attorney General. Stay away from her because she is a fraud that's on her way to jail

April 2020 will be 3 years that I have paid for tradelines and credit repair. I have contacted "Jeanie" numerous times over the past 3 years, just to be given the same excuses and later dates that everyone else has given. I had no issues up until I made my payment.

Great communication up until the payment was made. After that, I have to move a mountain to get a response. Please dont waste your time or money. I even referred my brother to her, I thought the service was going to be great.

Dont fall for any of the excuses, its just a tactic to get you to contact her another time. When that time comes, no response. I have been permanently blocked from her emails and chat on her site. She will not communicate with me at all. She will not give me a refund, and keeps dragging me along to avoid the refund. 

I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICES FROM CPNANDCREDITREPAIR.COM OR FINANCIALFREEDOMMADESIMPLE.COM ITS A SCAM. I have posted here numerous times, the service is a scam.

You did not mention that in this post at all - you acted as if I did not refund you anything

Anyone can just email me and I respond back to them - Maybe not in 10 minutes but I do respond.
