On two occasions, today is the second where I removed myself from their site, they made it available for me to view jobs but required my interaction to be assigned. Also, I was allowed, it appeared, to add the travel, per diem, and lodging which I have to do because the rates on field Nation are very sad.

So I modified the rates and added travel. Neither one was showing upon today's assignment. 

so to drive over 220 miles 8 hours there and back and hours on site at a fixed rate of 90 that was it. 

So this was a 10 hour job that they were going to pay me $9 an hour. my vehicle expense exceeded the pay. 

They claimed I did not fill it out. I used my phone and coverage is poor and it may not have transferred? then it should not have shown that I applied. 

Also I was assigned without my approval of the finances.

This company has been ripping techs off right and left. Trying to get as much as they can without paying for it

The first company, where they did this to me, stated they are tired of getting poor quality techs from Field Nation and are dropping their account.

I am a professional and work a very tight margin for my customers.

I can no waste all the time it takes using the aggravating phone ap that takes forever and leaves data off AT MY COST.

AFTER TWO TIMES I DECIDED TO MOVE ON. THERE IS NO WAY I CAN BUILD A QUALITY REPUTATION OR EARN AN INCOME WITH THESE PEOPLE.

MY COMPETITORS WHO USE THIS SERVICE WILL NOT BE OUT THERE FOR VERY LONG.

TERRIBLE COMPANY MANAGEMENT AT THE WORKERS EXPENSE VERY BIAS TOWARD THE BUYER NOT THE WORKER WHO IS DOING THE WORK. 

THEY TREAT YOU AS IF YOU CAN NOT BE TRUSTED FROM THE START.

IN THEIR OPINION THEIR SYSTEM HAS NO ERRORS AND ALL MISTAKES ARE ON THE WORKERS. 

I HOPE THIS COMPANY CRASHES OR GET BOUGHT OUT AND TRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT REAL SERVICE TAKE IT OVER AND ENCOURAGE TAKING CARE OF THE USER INSTEAD OF TREATING THEM AS EXPENDABLE.

Incidentally  IN ANOTHER WORK ENVIRONMENT, i AM RATED AS ONE OF THE BEST SERVICE TECH'S OUT OF THOUSANDS. OUT OF THE LAST 49 JOBS RATED AT 98% ON TIME, 96% DELIVERABLES, AND SATISFACTION IS 98% AS WELL. FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS i HAVE PROVIDED QUALITY CLIENT SERVICE FOR ALL SERVICE COMPANIES THAT ARE LOCAL OR NATIONAL.
