Complaint Review: Well Fargo - sioux falls South dakota

Ashley hawthorne was at the bank that day on purpose. Throughout the week my mom or I didn't see her. This was a whole setup from the get-go from 04/30/2015 when my mom couldn't log into her online account. For her to falsely accuse my mom of harassment again.  She lied to wells fargo and they sided with her. Wells fargo was cruel and unfair toward my mom just like the phenix city police and district attorney office,.

Ashley hawthorne got with lying once so she thought she does it again.  Dane chambers with security sent my mom a hostile letter demanding her to stay away from the wells fargo bank at all the locations and that she was to do any business over the phone. This was a direct violation of my mother's civil rights. My mother never harassed ashley hawthorne it was her and chaz hawthorne harassing us.

 With them not controlling their dog and having their party friends park in front of our house and throwing trash on our yard. Then dane chambers said my mother would be arrested if she went to a wells fargo bank.

  Well, guess what wells fargo closed that bank. That dane chambers told us to stay away from.  This year 2021. I guess she can no longer go to it or them other evil bankers who were cruel to my mother.

Ashley hawthorne and the Williams wife had such hate and resentment toward my mother. All because she purchased a new sink for my bathroom. Then wells fargo got involved because ashley hawthorne got them involved to closed my mom's checking account, by falsely claiming my mom was harassing her. Ashley hawthorne had such hate and resentment toward my mother for no reason. 

  So they got together to falsely accuse my mom. The phenix city police department is corrupt to the core. That is why they sided with these four married couples against one person my mom.  They wanted to destroy my mom and make us homeless lose our home by charging my mom with harassment finding her guilty. So she wouldn't be able to work to survive. Plus the clerk of the court was also married to a phenix city police officer.

 They were not fair to me and my mom at all. They knew we were the ones being harassed. Then it led to me being assaulted by their next-door neighbor on 05/28/2018,  who followed us and had their son block us from passing them. They were holding us hostage in traffic which is a felony, but did the police do anything to them like they did my mother who was innocent NO! His father got out of their car at a red light in columbus ga and slapped my phone out of my hand. Well, the assault was recorded. But the police didn't want to view it.

  The verbal assault started in phenix city, We were going to the mall minding our own business. Yet they lied to the police also saying we were in front of them break checking them.

I hope these daughters of the williams guy find out one day what type of scumbag liar their father is. How they harassed falsely accused their neighbor which they bore false witness against thy neighbor. The district attorney judge gave ashley and chaz their way about trying to control our lives. They had no right to put me in the agreement either.

But the phenix city da and court are always doing illegal & unjust things to innocent victims. Like me and my mother. They were really rotten neighbors.
