Complaint Review: Facebook - Menlo Park California

Please see my emails to their Portal Support, who could not help. Describes it well. 

I went into a page "Live Agent-Multi Channel Help Desk", which then showed they could not accept messages- apparently not Facebook, but "got on" for a couple minutes only, but still could not unfreeze.

Now cannot even say I disagree with spam posting by facebook, let alone continue. Fully frozen out. Again, please see my email string here. Facebook gives no true assistance, no live person to make right what they/their system did.

I took pics of screens, but they are not on this iPad. Can I show them layer?

    First and foremost, please accept our heartfelt gratitude for your understanding and patience in regard to this. I also would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.  

    Unfortunately, the Facebook team does not have calling options as they prefer all users to communicate with them via the page itself. Perhaps, what you can do is to use another device and click the link provided earlier. I wish I could have done more for you here by providing emails or phone numbers for direct contact, however, we do not have an option for that matter. 

    However, as much as we would love to help you out and get this issue resolved, Facebook account issues are beyond our control. Hence the reason, why we can only direct you to Facebook Help Center as this, is the most applicable resource to help to fix your issue.   

    If you have submitted your appeal, rest assured that your appeal would be reviewed by the Facebook team as soon as possible. 

    I understand this isn't the answer you're hoping for, Darrell. I feel the challenge you're up against, but your patience and understanding would be greatly appreciated. In the meantime, we hope that you will be able to get back access to your Facebook account as quickly as possible.

      Please give me a phone number for someone I can call, or they can call me. The link did not work. And yes, I logged out and back in and got the exact same spam alert, though no such URL was involved.       I cannot access ANYTHING on Facebook. Unable to get to site to get any Portal product serial number!  Facebook has me stuck on page, that for anything & everything, last close to 24 hours says:   “You can't use this URL This URL goes against our Community Standards on spam: frugal-freebies.com To protect people on Facebook from spam, we don't allow content that contains such URLs.”   AND it does NOT let me continue to disagree and enter. I click “disagree” and it will not let me inter it.   I was doing my “On This Day”/memories and posting them. The “frugal-freebies.com” memory was of a child holding a cat. We have no idea, when Facebook posts such memories “On This Day” are “spam” or will cause the poster/user (me) problems. I had ones in last year or so of 7 kittens on a bed, little Shih Tzus, a recipe, “Not asking anything Lord, Just wanted to tell you thank you,” that were not allowed, I was chastised told they were spam, etc. Again, these were things, posts, Facebook brought up for my Memories/“On This Day,” that I and many others posted before/shared. This time it froze and my account has been inaccessible since.   PLEASE HELP!   Thank you.   Darrell Jepson Continue
