Fabiola Oropeza with Vibrant Realty Scam in Houston Texas
I was working with Fabiola Oropeza with this group, Vibrant Realty LLC for a listing in Texas. I placed an application for which I got approved for and a lease was being put together. I have screenshots of that as well as information to place in the lease.
I have, IN WRITING, where I was told the deposit and first month's rent will be due when the keys were handed over on August 12. I was just told today that someone else put in an application for August 1st and they needed the deposit to hold the place. I noted that I get paid in 2-3 days but sent a screenshot to the realtor about what was said.
I was then told that is what they typically do but not this time. I was given a number to call to which they said they would talk to her but it cant be held. I said I had the money but decided to pay my current rent early due to what she said. All I got was a sorry. Nothing to help or hold for 2-3 days.
This is bad business. No one in the group could understand. The frustrating part about it is I am moving from out of state so I am moving to a place I have not been before and this is my welcome. I feel like its a scam seeing that the realtor I am working with has been with the company since 2019. So that information should be known.
