I contacted Jose via messenger and said I would stop by the store to look at PS4 consoles. When I went to the store, I ended up purchasing one of the two consoles they had. They use the square app for processing purchases, and I accidentally gave them a 15% tip, which was $45!!!! when I asked the cashier to cancel the transaction and redo it, he reported that he did not know how. The following day I messaged Jose letting him know I would be returning the purchase for a full refund.
He did not respond at all, but nevertheless, I took the unit in for a refund, but the cashier who processed it did not seem to know what he was doing. I had to ask him for a printed receipt because he did not want to give it to me. when I saw the receipt for the refund, it was $45 less than the money I had given them! I asked him if he planned on keeping my money even though I hadn't purchased anything. He just smiled at me and kind of giggled!!!
I messaged Jose about the refund mistake, and he messaged me back a day later. "Wrong what, did you have phone repair done here?" That goes to show you how much he was paying attention. I told them if they didn't give my $45 back, that I would report them to the authorities oh, and I haven't heard one peep since.
