They claim that their secret network of computer hackers is able to eliminate credit card debt, erase criminal records and improve bad credit scores, virtually overnight. They also say they can create airline tickets. They target people who are desperate, greedy or both.
Victims send them "bitcoin" or gift cards from Google Play, iTunes and other companies. Nothing happens, except that the victim pays them hundreds of dollars and the scammers now have the victim's identity details.

The only people who would apply for this service are those with lousy credit due to poor choices, unpaid bills, etc who want to hide their credit history from unsuspecting banks, merchants, etc. No honest person wants to hire a company which claims to employ "expert hackers" to mess with your legitimate credit history and create a false impression of the customer as a good credit risk. I don't have the smallest amount of sympathy for people who fall for scams like this, because those people are just trying to gain the tools to scam someone else.
