It is unclear as to whether or not you want to stay with them, but one way to get a responce is to cancel or change the account number on your credit card. Hopefully they don't have any of your other account numbers. Let them have their little fit. When they are blocked off from that money, maybe you'll find that contract in the mail. No feasible decision can be made without knowing your Terms of Aggreements or any other contractural requirements. They should define and itemized all that you are being billed for, IF this is a part of the contract. You won't know much about how to get out of this, until then. In addition, these contracts are not just mass produced. It all depends on your purchased monthly package, which can vary, and your calling area. The only other customers who might have the same would be in your area. Even so, it can still vary, based on your credit history and qualifications. Hope it works out.
